To reserve the properties ‘Villla Antelope Hakuba’, 'Shunrokuan', Villa Antelope HakubaII', you can book on line. The deposit of 30% will be charged by credit card at your booking. The balance due 70% is to be charged 30 days prior to your arrival. The invoice of balance amount will be sent via email. In the event of canceling a booking. Cancellations with less than 4 weeks notice, no refund. Cancellations from 4 weeks plus notice will be 30% of total amount.
Rental of the property runs from 3 pm on the day of your arrival to 10am on the day of your departure. Check-in from 3pm to 8pm, check-out 10am. Out of hours late check-in/early check-out may available depends on other reservations.
The house sleeps a maximum of 4 people at ShunRokuAn, 6 people at Villa Antelope, and 8 people at Villa Antelope II .
Bedding and towels are included in the price of the House in Winter season.
Cleaning of the house at the end of your stay is included, however, cleaning products and facilities are provided in order that you can carry out light daily cleaning for your own comfort. For guests staying more than 5 nights a mid clean towel and linen change is provided.
During your stay the client must agree to be considerate to the neighbors, to take good care of the property and its contents and to leave the property tidy and in good order. If extra cleaning is required due to the house being left in an unacceptable condition, a extra charge will be requested.
The client should inform us of any faults, damages or defects to the property or appliances, in order that they can be rectified as soon as possible.
We or our contractors have the right to enter the property at any time in an emergency to carry out essential repairs or at a time that is mutually agreeable to the client for maintenance work and cleaning.
Pets are NOT allowed in the property.
Smoking inside the house is strictly prohibited.
Owner does not accept liability for any personal injury or loss of personal belongings during your stay. You are recommended to provide your own adequate travel insurance to cover you for holiday cancellation, flight delays, personal loss or injury and medical emergencies.
Owner will not accept liability for: - any stoppage or defect of public services to the property, i.e. electricity - any damage, loss or injury as a result of weather conditions, war, riot, strikes or other factors outside of our control.
Under no circumstances shall Owners’ liability be more than the amount paid for the rental period.
In the event of a complaint against Owner or the property, this should be communicated to us immediately, so that we can take all reasonable steps to rectify and resolve the matter. No liability shall be accepted for any complaints received at a later date.
